2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser when you visit it. They allow the website to work correctly, remember your preferences between visits and collect anonymised visit statistics.
Alongside cookies we use the browser’s local storage (localStorage), which works on the same principle but keeps data until you delete it yourself. In this Policy “cookies” refers to both technologies.
3. Cookies we use
Essential (technical) — the website cannot work without them, so they are set without separate consent:
● NEXT_LOCALE — stores the selected interface language (Russian or English);
● cookie_consent (localStorage) — stores your decision about analytics cookies so that the banner is not shown on every visit;
● session identifiers set by our server when forms are submitted, to protect against repeated and automated submissions.
Analytics (set only after your consent):
● _ym_uid, _ym_d, _ym_isad, _ym_visorc and other identifiers prefixed with _ym_ — Yandex.Metrica service (counter 90823212);
● identifiers prefixed with tmr_ and domain_sid — Top.Mail.Ru service (counter 3416950).
We do not set advertising or targeting cookies that would allow personalised ads to be shown to you on other websites.
4. Purposes of use
Essential cookies keep the website operational: they store the selected language, allow contact forms to be submitted correctly and remember your decision about analytics cookies.
Analytics cookies are used to collect anonymised statistics: how many people visited the website, which pages were viewed, which sources visitors came from and how long they stayed. This data is processed in aggregate form and used solely to improve the structure and content of the website. We do not use it to make decisions about an individual user.
5. Retention periods
Essential cookies are stored for the duration of the session or for up to 12 months, depending on their purpose. Your cookie decision (the cookie_consent key) is stored in the browser until you clear the website data or change the decision via the “Cookie settings” button.
Analytics cookies of Yandex.Metrica and Top.Mail.Ru are stored for up to 12 months from the last visit, unless other periods are set by those services.

Data collected by analytics cookies is processed by web analytics services acting as independent data operators:

Data obtained through cookies is not transferred or sold to any other third parties.
7. Consent and its withdrawal
On your first visit you are shown a banner with an “Accept” or “Decline” choice. Until you make a decision, no analytics counters are loaded and no identifiers are set.
You can withdraw consent at any time: click “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page and choose “Decline”. Previously set _ym_, tmr_ and domain_sid identifiers will be deleted and the counters will no longer load. Declining analytics cookies does not affect the website — all sections and forms remain available.
8. Managing cookies in your browser
You can block cookies or delete already stored files in your browser settings — the relevant sections are usually called “Privacy”, “Cookies and site data” or “Tracking protection”.
Please note that blocking cookies entirely at browser level may break some website features, including form submission and language preference.
